On the streets with the Tucson police homeless outreach unit

Launched in January, the three-officer unit partners with social services.

The Tucson Police Department launched its Homeless Outreach Team in January. The three-officer unit partners with social services to try and meet the needs of people living on the streets of Tucson. Arizona 360 tagged along with its officers this week.
