A judge told Maricopa County to pause its ongoing ballot preparation process for the July 30 primary election as she considers a lawsuit by Republicans trying to add a new candidate to the ballot.
Multiple agencies, including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and federal Bureau of Land Management, responded to the scene to assist firefighting crews.
The remaining defendants — including Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, state Sen. Jake Hoffman, former U.S. Senate candidate Jim Lamon and Trump attorney Jenna Ellis — are scheduled to appear in court next month.
