For different reasons, Mark Adams and Miriam Maldonado Escobar both felt obligated to migrate to the border in the late 90s, where they met. They left their homes and dreams behind to find a new community and a new purpose. They’ve raised their family and dedicated their lives to working with the Presbyterian church to help thousands of vulnerable migrants every year.
Por razones diferentes, Mark Adams y Miriam Maldonado Escobar sintieron obligados a migrar a la frontera a los finales de los años 90, donde se conocieron. Dejaron atrás sus hogares y sueños para encontrar una nueva comunidad y un nuevo propósito. Criaron a su familia y han dedicado sus vidas a trabajar con la iglesia presbiteriana para ayudar a miles de migrantes vulnerables cada año.
