Researchers are trying to find answers to loosen up the supply chain logjam. University of Arizona systems and industrial engineering professor Wei Lin says the problem isn't just limited to backups at port cities and empty store shelves.

Wei Lin spoke with Leslie Tolbert, Ph. D. professor emerita in Neuroscience at the University of Arizona.
