Sen Jon Kyl Reflects on Return to Congress

Kyl was also asked whether he still plans to step down next year.

Nearly six years after retiring, Republican Jon Kyl accepted an appointment to the U.S. Senate to serve the remainder of the late Sen. John McCain's term. Christopher Conover got an update from the senator about his return to Congress and key issues that lawmakers must address.

"For some reason, the issues seem to remain the same. VA still has a problem. Still have a problem down on the border," Kyl said.

Kyl also discussed whether the senator still plans to step down at the end of the current congressional session.
