Improving infrastructure comes up as an issue at all levels of government. In Pima County, about 2,200 miles of roads need repairs. Proposition 463 is a bond measure worth nearly half a billion dollars that would go toward fixes. Ana Olivares, director of the Pima County Department of Transportation, explained how the county assesses and prioritizes which areas need attention.
