This colorful image is of outcrops near the rim of Holden Crater on Mars, creased by megabreccia, a mixture of jumbled rocks, some 10 meters across.

These layers in Cross Crater are unusually rich in the minerals alunite and kaolinite. Alunite deposits have been mined (on Earth) for aluminum, and kaolinite is mined for a wide range of uses including ceramics, medicine and paint.
