The Tucson City Council expects a big crowd at Tuesday's meeting, so it will be moved to a nearby location to accommodate the turnout.
The council will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Pima County Board of Supervisors hearing room, which has more seating than the regular council chambers.
The meeting includes a public hearing on plans to widen Broadway Boulevard between Euclid Avenue and Country Club Road.
The planning meetings for the project have drawn public participation, and the council hearing will allow comments on the specifics of the plan.
The council will not take a vote on the plan until later in the month. The afternoon study session will still be in the city council chambers, at 1:30 p.m. The regular meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Pima County administration building, near city hall at 130 W. Congress St.
