The Friday Business Report with AZPM's Zac Ziegler and Inside Tucson Business Editor David Rupkalvis focuses on one of Tucson's largest economic drivers, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
The base went active in 1941 on a plot of land donated by Charles Lindberg. The most recent numbers shows 7,904 active duty personnel stationed on the base, and 2,915 civilian employees. It also brings in $1.5 billion in economic impact to the local economy.
