House Bill 2299 - Course Numbering

January 29,2010|AZPM

House Bill 2299 would require the three state universities to use a common numbering system for all 100 and 200 level courses. The idea is to make transferring credits between the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and Northern Arizona University easier.

The proposal is sponsored by Representative Matt Heinz (D-Tucson) and has more than a dozen lawmakers signed on as supporters.
