Special Session Senate Bill 1004 deals with the lottery. In November 2002, Arizona voters overwhelmingly approved an extension of the lottery until 2013. This proposal would extend the lottery until 2035. It is contingent on the passage of Special Session SB 1003. It passed the full Senate on February 2, 2010 on a 19-9 vote.
