Hollywood at Home: Paper Moon (1973)

A smooth-talking con man in the 1930's meets his match in a young girl who thinks he may be her father. They travel on the road, where she learns, and eventually outdoes, his cunning ways. A popular, nostalgic hit from director Peter Bogdanovich. Tatum O'Neal won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Based on Joe David Brown's novel.
