Lisa Gerin has two upcoming public appearances. On Saturday, September 17th, there will be a book launch event for Rosalind Looked Closer at Littlest Bookshop located at 5011 East 5th Street in Tucson. On Sunday, September 25th, her appearance will be at Barnes and Noble Eastside at 5130 East Broadway Boulevard. Both will include story time and crafts.

  • And, visit a new exhibit at the Stevens Gallery called "Painting In, Painting Out”. It contains works from the Sonoran Plein Air Painters, a group of local artists who enjoy visiting the outdoors and painting what they find in real-time. The public is invited to join the group for a reception at the Stevens Gallery on October 1st, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Works from the Sonoran Plein Air Painters are also on display at the Amerind Museum in an exhibit titled "The PLEIN Truth", that is showing through October 31st, 2022. The "Barrio Corazon" exhibit featuring works by the Tucson Barrio Painters is on display at the Upper Link Gallery inside the Tucson International Airport.
