Arizona Congressman Raul Grijalva says he’s “finished” his cancer treatment for now and is working to get stronger.
On X, formerly Twitter, Grijalva posted a picture showing him working in his office, visibly thinner and wearing a gray fedora.
The 12-term house member first mentioned health problems in February, when he said he was receiving treatment for pneumonia. In April, Grijalva said his symptoms had been traced to an unspecified form of cancer.
Grijalva says he’s working with his doctors to determine when he can return to Washington. He has filed papers to run for a 13th term.
