Republican Candidates for AZ Treasurer Square-Off

Three of the four candidates for Arizona State Treasurer sit down together to discuss the top issues in the campaign.

Arizona State Senator Thayer Verschoor has served eight year and recently chaired the failed "Ax the Tax Campaign" against Proposition 100, the 1-cent sales tax voters approved in May. AZ State Senator Barbara Leff, has served 14 years in the Legislature. Doug Ducey is the former CEO and chairman of Cold Stone Creamery. Ted Carpenter, a retired firefighter from Florence served as a state representative for eight years, is recovering from foot surgery and was unable to participate in this forum.
