Three Democrats Battle for Two Seats on the Arizona Corporation Commission

State Rep. Dave Bradley, Senate Minority Leader Jorge Luis Garcia and former ACC Commissioner Renz Jennings are battling for two seats on the ACC.

State Rep. Dave Bradley says the ACC should be actively recruiting new corporations to come to Arizona to make it the alternative energy capital of the world. Arizona Senate Democratic Leader Jorge Luis Garcia wants to keep future utility rate increases modest. Former ACC Commissioner Renz Jennings says electric utility and water policy is at a critical juncture and Arizona needs an experienced regulator who can hit the ground running.
