The state library is distributing more than $600,000 in CARES Act grants to libraries across Arizona. The money is earmarked for computers, video equipment and sanitation kits, according to the state library.

More than 60 libraries across the state received the grants, including three in Cochise County. The Sierra Vista Library, the Cochise College Library and the Cochise County Library District all received money. The amounts of the awards were not announced.

In Pima County, libraries at Pima Community College and on the Tohono O’odham Nation also received grants.

Public schools across Arizona also received money.
