Terry Goddard says immigration law was “election year grandstanding.”

Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard says in a statement released today that Governor Jan Brewer "played politics with immigration and she lost." Goddard, who is running for governor as a Democrat against Republican Brewer, says the ruling means now is the time for the federal government to fix the nation’s immigration problem, and for Arizona to repair its image and economy.
