Substance abuse of all kinds has greatly increased during COVID 19. Stressors like unemployment, social isolation, and less access to care are just a few of the reasons why. With overdose deaths on the rise all over the U.S., it is more important than ever to destigmatize substance use, learn what harm reduction is and make critical adaptations to our health care system.
