City Challenges

Tucson City Councilman Steve Kozachik of Ward 6 says city faces major challenges concerning the budget and a proposed downtown Tucson hotel.

Tucson City Councilman Steve Kozachik says the proposed half-cent sales tax that voters will decide on will not solve the structural problems with the city's budget.
